The "features" on the app has progressively gotten worse as they continue to "update" it. Restricting drivers to use the Lyft version of maps is horrendous. Telling us to make illegal turns, driving on restricted roads, and recently gave directions to a destination that would take over an hour more, rather than a more direct route, because it was 10 miles less. The passenger and I got a good laugh out of that, especially since time was a huge factor. Let us use Google again! In a 750k population

I'm just not always sends me rides. there are times that I have to wait an hour hour and a half to receive a ride. I have checked on my settings and everything is correct. this has happened to me on various occasions and it's frustrating, because it's lowers my chance of making money. One other thing is, since they have an algorithm to pay you for the correct mileage, you should always be paid that rate for the ride, not less. which happens a lot.

It pretty much sucks. The GPS on it is the worst I've ever seen. It gives directions that are wrong while it's spinning in circles trying to figure out what direction you're going. Every time I make a left hand turn halfway through the turn it tells me to make a u-turn. The arrive on time filter is worthless. I've gotten countless rides that made me miss a scheduled ride which I then got penalized for by lyft. You can't see any upcoming rides once you're in a ride. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!
